What is the deposit?

How does the deposit schedule work?
Can be multiple draws however all payments due before we dig.
How do I hold a lot?
$5000 refundable deposit, lot will be held for 2 weeks.
What is required to build a custom home?
$5000 non-refundable design deposit, money will go towards the cost of your build.
Can you also do the yard during the build process?
This can be a discussion that is had at our initial meeting.
What is the average build time?
Between 10-18 months.
Can I buy a lot and build my own home?
No.
How much does it cost to finish the basement
$95 a square foot. $95 per linear foot for remaining unfinished spaces to spray foam insulate. Prices are subject to change.
What is included in the basement?
One 4-piece bathroom with a tub shower combination. One bedroom. Living space can be divided up as needed.
The standard floor is carpet, tile in the bathroom. Standard ceiling height in basement is 8??
