Designing the entry experience with the the hugging lines that both welcome and mimic the sway of the mature trees fronting Baseline. The ‘floating masses’ theme was also a result of optimizing the site. Garage set-backs and road provisions meant wrapping the driveway with the structure to maximize rear yard amenity space.
