The theme of seamlessly combining the familiar and the cutting edge starts at first glance with the unmistakable silhouette of a gabled roof home with a modernist design, and continues inside with the kitchen being the very heart of the layout, yet in an incredibly open layout. From the most obvious features, like the full-height window walls that bring in the outdoors with a lanai and covered patio, to hidden features and flow, this home started as a bespoke layout concept for a discerning homeowner who wanted to start with a blank slate and build the ideal living space that balances both open space and defined living areas.
