Site Visit or Model Tour
Tour available model homes or land
plots to experience our craftsmanship
and explore layout and style options
in person.
Lot Hold
Once you’ve selected a lot, a refundable
deposit will hold it for approximately 15
days while we finalize contract details.
Design Deposit
For customized builds, a non-refundable
design deposit secures your design
meeting and ensures a tailored floor plan.
Contract Signing
After finalizing all details, you’ll sign a
contract outlining terms, timelines, and
scope of work.
Initial Deposit
Once conditions are met and the deal is
firm, a 10% deposit of the purchase price
is due before we begin building.

You’ll receive a welcome email and be
introduced to our concierge, who will
schedule your design meeting. Our design
team will guide you through selecting
flooring, countertops, finishes, and
upgrades—ensuring your home reflects
your style and stays within budget.
